Julie Naturally, by Julie Polanco, has provided our reviewers with digital downloads to two of her Bible study series, the Faith Journeys Bible Study Series: Romans Bundle, and the Faith Journeys Bible Study Series: Philippians (Digital). These studies can be used in one of several ways. You might use them as a part of your personal devotions or with an older teen as a family small group study, or perhaps with another mom or two.
The Faith Journeys Bible Study Series: Romans Bundle is an eight-week-long study. Lessons begin with a video, followed by Scripture to read. Each week will feature about two chapters of the book of Romans, divided into shorter, daily passages. After the readings, there are between three and five questions to think about and answer. The weekly study may be wrapped up with a Bible coloring page, and one of eight memory verse cards, to be displayed in a prominent place for help in memorization.
The Faith Journeys Bible Study Series: Philippians (Digital) is a four-week study. Like the Romans study, it offers the same general outline. There are daily readings, questions to consider and answer, as well as Bible coloring pages and memory verse cards, this time focusing on the book of Philippians. For both resources, it is suggested that users print out the studies and organize them in a binder. Daily lessons will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes per day, making these simple to include in busy schedules.
