Many of us are trying to make the transition to healthier cooking for our families. Sue Gregg’s cookbooks are there to help you and her new book, Introducing Whole Foods Cooking is a great resource to help you and your high schoolers understand why whole food cooking is a good choice and how to make it work for you. Check out the crew reviews HERE, and then enter to win a copy of Introducing Whole Foods Cooking.

Introducing Whole Foods Cooking dispels the myth that healthy whole foods must necessarily be appetite appeal-less. Model recipes start you on a culinary adventure that breaks the barriers to success without resorting to white flour, white sugar, or hydrogenated shortening. Essential nutritional concepts and the 2 Stage Process explained. Serving and Connecting segment shows you how to make Jesus a welcome guest at your table. PowerPoint Demo CD includes group teaching materials and a high school level semester course for Menu Planning and Meal Preparation.

My son LOVES cooking & baking from scratch. This would be perfect for him 🙂 Thanks!
I'd love to win this… we could definitely benefit from eating more healthily around here… we don't eat a lot of processed stuff, but I'd like to get better with whole grains, and more variety!

Enter me please. This sounds perfect for my family.
my email is Bdrmey@hotmail.com
Oh! I've made a few of the recipes from her site? I don't even remember how I stumbled onto it? But I know it was just a few recipes and we needed to leave a comment… I tried a recipe for mmmMuffins as I recall! And I had intended on going back and mixing up the blender waffles… never got there. That was before Christmas, during our birthday season. Nothing going on you know, no rush… love to actually have a BOOK to look through!
I've posted this to my fb wall also, CrAzY Amy
Our family loves cooking whole foods and we love new ideas how to keep our family healthy in Christ. coop785@gmail.com
Sounds like a great book! We eat lots of whole foods, and it would be great to have more recipes specifically developed with whole foods in mind vs. trying to tweak recipes to work with whole foods.
Oops! I forgot to leave my email: aeladnil@yahoo.com Sorry about that!
I love Sue Gregg. She offers a lot of nutrition facts along with the recipes. This would be a fun book to add to our collection. Thanks.

This cookbook sounds great! I would love to win because I use a lot white flour, sugar and shortening and would love to back away from that. I need some recipes! Her approach to this cookbook sounds very helpful. Thank you for the chance to win!
