Eagle’s Wings: Considering God’s Creation

This article is in collaboration with Eagle’s Wings Educational Materials.

Eagle’s Wings Educational Materials has been providing resources to the homeschooling community since 1987, and they currently have products for math, phonics, history and science.  You have probably heard of some of their products, such as Alphabet Island Phonics or Remembering God’s Awesome Acts.  Their newest book, Celebrating Our Messiah in the Festivals is nearly 700 pages about the various Biblical Feasts.

Or maybe you have heard about Considering God’s Creation, which is the product that the TOS Homeschool Crew has been reviewing for the past few weeks.  This hands-on science curriculum is adaptable for children in grades 2 through 7 and it is an overview of earth and life science, all from a biblical perspective. In this case, ‘hands-on’ does not mean lots of fancy projects using hard-to-find items.  The project mostly involve items you would already have in your home, and by the end of the book, the students will have created a comprehensive science notebook.

The 36 lessons include such fun sections as “Digging Deeper,” “Evolution Stumpers,” and “Scientist Detective.”
