  1. My review went longer than expected too. But there is alot to cover in this program! I had looked at this briefly a year ago and did not realize then what I was looking at. I do now.

  2. Mine too went long, I don't know how you could do it short! Thought it was great that there is a month long trial for other homeschoolers. It can be a spendy purchase so it's nice to test drive first.

  3. This is a great Math program for children who hate Math textbooks.

I just posted my review of it on Leaders in Learning Blogspot.

    Check it out.

  4. I was very pleased with this program. Just as I said in my review, I was completely surprised that my child who really dislikes math really did like this program! We may have to subscribe when our free trial is over (in order to prevent a rebellion!)

  5. Forgot to comment on this one too. Looking forward to using ALEKS for 8th grade math this year. Like what we see so far!

  6. I'm having a yard sale to pay for at least a 6-month subscription. Although I've already purchased and planned Math for this year, Aleks has changed those plans! It's really a great product.

  7. I used Aleks in college and I just have to say that there aren’t enough words in the english language to discribe how much I hate that program. It never gave me a clear enough explaination or pointed out which problems I had right or wrong, it was an “all or nothing” system. I would honestly get so fustrated with it, all I could do was sit and cry.
